Participants will actively engage in discussions and activities, shining a light on their own communication styles as well as those of their colleagues. These interactive sessions are structured to promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of diverse workplace dynamics.
The workshop begins with an introduction to the DiSC model, including a profile assessment completed prior to the workshop, to discover participants' personal DiSC styles. It emphasizes recognizing and appreciating the diverse styles of team members and mastering strategies for effective communication across varying styles, aiming to improve overall workplace interactions.
