With over 25 years of business experience in management, sales, and marketing, including roles as Managing Director and VP of Sales & Marketing in manufacturing and distribution industries, Tom brings a unique blend of business acumen and a leadership approach centred on transformation and results to his work as an Executive Coach and facilitator.  As the founder of Trillium Executive Coaching, Tom draws on his firsthand experience with the transformative impact of coaching to help leaders navigate unseen challenges, build trust, and unlock their full potential.  His coaching focuses on executive leadership, team development, and equipping leaders to grow with intention and achieve meaningful results.

Tom has partnered with senior leaders and executives from renowned organizations such as Boeing, Chevron, Deutsche Bank, IBM, AT&T, Novartis, Kohler, Nordstrom, and LEGO, across industries including Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and Municipal Government, while also contributing to Padraig as an executive coach and facilitator.  In a confidential and collaborative space, Tom guides leaders through meaningful conversations that challenge perspectives, uncover hidden strengths, and deepen self-awareness, helping them drive transformative leadership outcomes, navigate challenges with clarity, and deliver lasting impact within their organizations.

Tom holds Graduate Certificates in Executive Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practices from Royal Roads University, is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a member of the ICF Toronto Chapter.  He is a certified practitioner and facilitator of proven assessment tools, including Everything DiSC, the Pursuit Values System and The Five Behaviours.  He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Toronto.
