Having worked with senior leaders and executives from Boeing, Chevron, Deutsche Bank, IBM, AT&T, Novartis, Kohler, Nordstrom, and LEGO among others, Tom guides his clients in a confidential and safe space, employing probing questions, challenging assumptions, and fostering self-awareness. This enables clients to achieve personal and professional growth, discover pathways to success, and reach new career heights.

 

Tom holds Graduate Certificates in Executive Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practices from Royal Roads University and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Additionally, he is a certified practitioner and facilitator of Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and the Pursuit Values System.

 

Outside of his coaching work, Tom is also a husband, father, and musician.  He values his family and understands the challenges of balancing a demanding profession and personal life.  His goal is to guide others through a journey in which they can find their meaningful purpose while enjoying the things they love.
